The first homestay on the way to Dongbi Village, far away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and business, facing the blue sea, is more peaceful.
The environment of the homestay is very good, there is a front desk on the first floor, and there is a dedicated parking lot not far from the door. Compared with the downtown area where cars can only be parked on the street, the overall safety is higher.
The sea view double bed room I stayed in was very beautiful, more Santorini than the Haiwei Cape scenic spot in Xiapu. The floor-to-ceiling windows were full of sunshine and endless sea views. I felt very good living in it.
The breakfast of the hotel is also very good. The coffee has latte art. I can feel the sincerity and care. I hope it will get better and better!

The hotel is in a great location on the east wall. The internet celebrity check-in spot is right next to the hotel. The environment is good and the swimming pool is beautiful. Although the weather was bad when we went there and we didn’t see the sunrise, the enthusiasm of the hotel waiters and the comfortable atmosphere made the trip worthwhile.

It was a spontaneous trip, the kind that I would stay in any hotel available. I didn't expect to be so lucky. The hotel also had a room facing the sea for me. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows allowed me to see the beautiful night view at night. In the morning, I accidentally encountered a group of cute seagulls while sitting on the tatami. Although it was cloudy and I didn't see the sunrise, I still felt that the scenery was so good. It was worth the trip. I will come again next time and stay at the Xiying B&B. Oh, the breakfast at the B&B is also great 👍 It is the taste that my husband and I like. I look forward to seeing the sunrise and sunset next time 🌄

The room is very tidy and clean. The lady who owns the B&B is not only beautiful, but the service is also very warm and thoughtful. The details are very meticulous and in place. The front desk service was super good, and they helped to upgrade the room type for free. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed and pillow were very comfortable to sleep on, and it was very quiet at night. There were plenty of water and drinks. When I checked out, I was worried that there would not be enough water, so they gave me an extra bottle of water to take away, which was very thoughtful.

I had an incredibly wonderful time at the Fengchui Banxia B&B in Dongbi Village, Xiapu.
The front desk staff was super enthusiastic and considerate, and I felt the meticulous care.
The homestay is clean and smartly decorated. Facing the sea, you can enjoy the sea view by lying on the bed and opening the window.
The sunset check-in spot on the eighth floor is even more stunning and breathtaking.
They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide to Xiapu and special snacks. When we left, they prepared mineral water and souvenirs for us, which included Xiapu's special snacks, full of thoughtfulness.
This place is not only a place to stay, but also a place for the soul to rest. I will come again next time when I have time

GGuest UserThrough the cute garden, you step right into a little oasis of peace and calm. The owners have paid a lot of attention to details, and you can easily tell that they value high quality. The whole premise reflects the principle “simple but elegant”. This contrasts with the bubbly and extremely warm personalities of the owners. I was amazed by their hospitality and how welcome they made me feel right when I stepped through the door. Throughout my stay they were very caring and helped me out with various trip arrangements. They really are passionate about hosting people and making sure their guests have a perfect time in Xiapu. Have some tea with the hotel owners, share some delicious seafood at the fantastic restaurant next door, stroll through the village, and of course go see the sunrise at one of Xiapu’s most famous spots to observe the golden morning lights, just a few hundred meters from the hotel. This has easily been one of the most amazing experiences I had in China, not only because Xiapu is a very charming and beautiful place, but to a large extent thanks to this homestay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Xiapu!

The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. GGuest UserA quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle is not located in the internet-famous Dongbi Village (which is extremely noisy, packed with tourists, and bustling with cars and horses). Not far from Dongbi is this B&B, which is close to the residential area and where you can really see Xiapu. It's an ordinary alleyway full of fireworks, where you can live in a down-to-earth and comfortable way. Further ahead is Sansha Town, which has a dazzling array of seafood restaurants, which is very convenient.
The breakfast at the B&B is very rich. You can open the window and walk to the balcony to see the sea (it's separated by the road).

The hotel is newly renovated and I booked two rooms with slightly different decorations, 12 large rooms and an integrated basin. 13 long, slightly narrow toilet, counter basin. Overall it's clean, comfortable and very cost-effective. Accommodation on the 6th floor and breakfast on the 7th floor. Good environment!
