這次一路開車從寧波到福建，這是我遇到的最與眾不同的民宿，每個精品民宿的誕生都有背後很多很多人的努力，我們不能去苛刻的要求所有的條件都達到自己的目標，但是人文真的很重要，因為大年初一，這邊民宿很火爆，訂不到房，愛人開着車，我刷着攜程看看還有沒有空房，中午1點刷到2點，很多好點的民宿都是滿房的，在我即將放棄尋找精品民宿的時候偶然看到這家水天一色民宿，就像抓住最後一根救命稻草一樣，後來入住的時候和老闆品茶閑聊才得知，民宿能營業實屬不易，很多方方面面的因素導致這家民宿裝修了兩年之久，老闆是個很追求細節的人，但是往往很多因素決定他不能按照自己的意願去執行，喝着茶，聽着民宿人的不易，感覺這次選擇這個民宿是春節期間出行最對的選擇，和老闆很投緣，一直聊至深夜，感覺有點餓了，老闆二話不説，開灶給我煮了一碗線麪，這是我吃過最好吃的線麪，第二天依依不捨和民宿老闆告別，繼續這次春節第二個目的地福州；希望老闆發財幸福；也希望大家出行可以本着平常心去預訂心儀的民宿，很多時候真的要看緣分，價格是其次，遇到對的民宿老闆是最重要的
