Service: Yunshuizhan deserves the highest praise. I originally planned to stay for only one day, intending to stay at the 4X Tree B&B in Longtan Ancient Town the next day. I was so impressed by the poor communication that I canceled my reservation. I stayed another night at Yunshuizhan, and my instincts proved correct. Three days before my stay, they proactively called and added me on WeChat to discuss itinerary and check-in details. They also recommended travel tips and recommended high and low tide times for catching the waves. After check-in, they not only helped with my luggage but also explained how to use the hot water system and how to open and close the curtains automatically. They also promptly restocked any needed amenities. Not to mention, they rushed to deliver takeout, which I was truly grateful for. Overall review: Overall, the service was excellent, from both the night shift staff. The day shift staff were incredibly considerate, offering us warm cups of Fuding white tea. They even gave us snacks before we left, just in case we were hungry on the way home. It was a truly thoughtful gesture. I absolutely give them a full five stars!
