"Overall, I am quite satisfied with it. However, the hotel is semi-open. The room we stayed in faced the commercial street and was on the second floor. There were bars and restaurants everywhere. It was very noisy at night. The door to the balcony was broken and could not be closed. There was also a big brother quarreling downstairs in the early morning. I was really impressed. The sound was like it was right next to my ear. Earplugs were prepared in the room, but to be honest, it didn't help. I was surprised to have a good night dessert, but only one was delivered the next day and I didn't know how to divide it. After asking by phone, it was delivered quickly. As for breakfast, it felt very simple. I thought there was no set meal on the first day and didn't ask about it. On the second day, someone came to ask whether it was Chinese or Western. P.S. The speakers were quite a surprise."

"很多年前跑馬拉松離起點近住過一次。這次入住驚呆了，整個一棟樓沒有其他樓層是寫字樓或其他商用，房間超多。而且普通標間能大到離譜，差不多房間面積有亞朵四間那麼大！房間minibar還有汽水，晚上酸奶水果，早餐也很豐盛，各種智能設備齊全，這個配置這個價格還要什麼自行車，差不多是希爾頓惠庭以上檔次水平但卻衹有一半價格！！商務親子都推薦啊！"

"I came to Xichang with my friends. The hotel is very new. We booked a superior twin bed. The front desk lady helped us upgrade it for free and gave us two breakfast coupons. The hotel is a smart hotel. Xiaodu greeted us as soon as we entered the door. As soon as we entered the room, we saw that it was very large and spacious, especially the bathroom was bigger. It was also very quiet at night and it was very comfortable to stay! The location is very good, just above Wanda, and it is very convenient to reach Jianchang Ancient City, Qionghai Park, and see the jacaranda trees. I will stay here again next time!"

"We asked for a room facing the sun, but we were given a room facing the shade. The room was cold and the air conditioner made a lot of noise, affecting our rest, so we had to turn off the air conditioner. Don't have too high expectations for breakfast, just enough to fill you up. It has a yard where you can eat, which is nice, but parking is difficult in the yard and there are no parking spaces, so you can only pay to park outside. The hotel is close to Qionghai Lake and very convenient. We originally booked for three nights, but ended up changing hotels after only staying one day."

"You must come to Xichang during this beautiful limited season of jacarandas. The hotel I booked online is very good. The room is bigger and brighter than in the photo. It is very close to Hangtian North Road, Jianchang Ancient City and Tang Garden, and it is convenient to take a taxi or walk. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Sitting under the bay window in the room, drinking the limited edition Liangshan Snow, I started a full day. After a day of play, I saw the polite greetings from the front desk. After a few days, I was surrounded by a dreamy and romantic blue and purple dream, and felt the warm service and the relaxation of vacation and leisure! What a romantic and enjoyable blue-purple journey!"

JJoseph WilliamFantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store.
The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer.
The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily.
There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light).
Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

AAQ2003Let me once again praise the ceiling of Qionghai Mercure, a middle-class family resort hotel! The room configuration is reasonable, and the family room and two-bedroom suite fully meet the needs of families with two children. The surrounding facilities are complete, convenient and comfortable. The most surprising thing is the laundry service. There is an aunt in the laundry room who collects the dirty clothes. After washing, drying, folding and bagging, you can pick them up yourself. This is very friendly for family travel. The account manager at the reception, Zhi Ting, is very friendly. The key is that the price is reasonable [smile][smile][smile]

The hotel service was warm and thoughtful. Amin, who welcomed us to the room, took the initiative to help coordinate a room that was more suitable for the elderly. We were touched. The hotel is located at the entrance to downtown Xichang. It is very quiet and convenient to the ancient city and Qionghai. There is a Wal-Mart next to it. There are gymnasiums, libraries, theaters, Torch Festival Square, Qionghai Wetland Park, etc. all the way out to the north. The purple gold flowers on the street trees are very beautiful. It is also very close to government agencies.

MMimixiaoI am very satisfied with the hotel service. The staff here are like caring friends, making people feel warm and comfortable. When I first arrived at the hotel, I dragged my heavy luggage, and the concierge brother immediately came forward to help, with a sincere and enthusiastic smile. When checking in, the front desk staff was quick and efficient, and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding travel guides in detail, such as when is the best time to go to Qionghai to watch the sunrise, where the snacks are the most authentic, and especially considerate. During the stay, the aunt who cleaned the room every day was also very careful. Not only did she clean the room, but she also put welcome fruits and Liangshan snow. Breakfast adds a lot to this trip, with rich variety and authentic taste. The restaurant environment is very good, bright and clean, and you can see the garden view outside the window. There are all kinds of staple foods for breakfast, including steamed buns, steamed buns, noodles, and rice noodles. My favorite is the local rice noodles, with rich soup, rich ingredients, and a little local pepper, which tastes amazing. There are also various side dishes, fruits, and drinks, which are fresh and delicious. The staff will replenish the food in time and take away the empty plates, and the whole dining process is very comfortable. The hotel I chose for my visit to Xichang was a complete success. There is a food court in Dada Spring Department Store 500 meters away. The room is spacious and has two bathrooms. It is suitable for a family of four with older children. The decoration is newer. The breakfast is acceptable and the price is reasonable during non-holidays. The disadvantage is poor sound insulation. One night, I was unable to sleep due to the noise from someone playing mahjong all night upstairs. I suggest you adjust the layout of the room and separate the mahjong room.
