服務周到。因天熱，我有吃的東西要冷凍，服務員積極幫助去廚房間冰箱冷凍，臨走時還提醒我取東西。謝謝。另外，這個賓館大廳寬敞、明亮。

還沒有一百多塊的千禧住起高大上還舒適、這個酒店就是外觀看着不錯敗絮其中、衞生間洗個澡水往外面流、床也不舒服，不想再住第二次

酒店外觀很大氣，房間也很智能，整體感覺很一般，服務人員多，但是沒什麼服務。一、讓安排樓層高點，前台説衹有三樓，好吧，接過房卡一看，安排的二樓，很無語；二、定的豪華雙床房，我在前台説過訂的是豪華的，但是住進去的，絕對是普通雙床房，太晚了，不想折騰了；3、衞生間面盆很雞肋，面盆小，水龍頭大，還是固定的，洗個臉都能撞上；4、衣櫃的掛衣桿，不都應該是橫在衣櫃裏面嗎？怎麼就是豎在裏面的，沒有便利性可言。

熱水都是定時，不是24小時，空調開16度都不用蓋被子一個字熱

衞生太差了，晚上到了屋裡空調顯示17度，把空調加熱到30度，由於很晚了就睡了，睡到三點被凍醒了，一看才13度，吹了一宿竟然13度，還沒有樓道里暖和，大冬天的空調居然是壞的，誰會相信這樣的酒店會把壞空調的房間賣出，體驗感極差，
