酒店太差，還是重新裝修的，前台服務一點都不專業，一問三不知，辦理入住弄了將近半個多小時，直接無語，温泉也不好，好多温泉池子都沒有開，不推薦
唯一好的就是早餐還可以，其他都不行
對外一個價，對老乾一個價，不過店家也不在乎攜程的顧客，主要是做老乾的生意吧

衞生還是可以的，晚上也可以泡到10點。床單太響了，睡覺不舒服
設施：早餐比較豐盛，自助的。品類多，糯米飯，煮粉，鹵味，也有一些清淡的適合不吃辣的人
服務：前台服務比較好，退房的時候是早上如果還想泡温泉的話，他可以另外給你票，也不影響你的退房時間。

服務很差，設施比較老舊，應該是國營企業，服務人員總是拽拽的，環境不錯，温泉不限量，很多地方要再次收費，早餐一般。

設施：齊全配套，
衞生：乾淨
環境：整潔。開窗見山。空氣清新。
服務：整體還是不錯的。元宵節衹有幾人入住。整個廚房還單獨為我們提供早餐服務。
兩張温泉票。我們洗了兩次。這點福利不錯😌😌下次還會入住這裏。修養身心的好去處。

訂的大床房，辦理入住結果全是標間，服務態度也不好説是看到就是訂的標間，我説明明是大床房怎麼會變成標間？我説我要看看是哪個的問題，結果人家看我態度比較強硬，然後説，我給你換成大床房。我真是服了，換成大床房後，一件房間床上還有頭髮，當場又換床單……
總結：
第一：酒店的問題，還有客户大包小包下來換卡
第二：並不承認是自己辦理的錯誤，要不是我態度堅硬，怕是鼓搗要我住標間哦！
第三：房間衞生比較差
