浴帽有點敷衍了，打開兩個盒子都是用過的原裝進去了，不開心。

衞生間內沒有防滑墊，孩子上廁所差點摔倒，幸好我在旁邊扶了一下，我也差點摔倒！床單上的污漬沒法説，太多了，因為晚了小朋友睡了就沒再讓更換。關鍵洗好澡居然沒有吹風機！更搞得是房間居然沒有電話！還有洗澡的時候熱水一點點，壓力很差！關鍵房間在4樓，hai沒有電梯！早晨退好房給前台提了一下沒有吹風機，前台説現在給你找台吹風機，意思是我再開間房洗個澡嗎！體驗感最差的一次住宿！

房間設施陳舊，返潮味濃，環境衞生一般，服務態度挺好。希望能投入資金更新設施設備，畢竟也是縣政府的賓館。

西和賓館，又叫政府招待所。招呼朋友入住。我以為裏面的設施重新更換了，沒想到金玉其外敗絮其中，床墊子有坑。塌陷了。就不能把最基本的設施完善一下嗎？價格漲了，硬件能湊合就湊合，也是西和的特色。更離譜的是睡到半夜四點，院子裏汽車喇叭長鳴，不知道是狂躁症犯了還是奔喪去，沒人管，估計睡覺的全部驚醒了。立個深夜禁止鳴笛的大牌子吧。隔音真心的差。
