賓館設施一般，可能由於開業時間較長的原因，各類設施比較陳舊，空調製冷也非常不好，被褥還是比較乾淨，也沒有出現網上所説的錫林浩特遍地黑蟲子會爬到床上的現象，但屋裡地上和衞生間確實發現了幾衹。

工作出差訂了這個大床房，到的晚了沒大床房，前台小姐姐直接給升級成家庭房，服務周到，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，2米的大床躺着太舒服了，而且價格還跟親民！

屋子夠大，設施還好，洗漱用品齊全，一開始感覺物超所值
但是從晚上11：30—凌晨3：00，樓下的KTV聲唱得真是振聾發聵，無法入睡，屋裡呆不住發現整個樓道里的其他人也都沒法入睡，在討論酒店隔音問題

不好，雖説是標榜2024年裝修，但整體體驗感很差
優點:親子房間很大，床品也可以，看得出來電視牆、桌子應該是新的，但用不到
缺點:
1、前台服務很差，問什麼都是不耐煩，不管是電話問詢還是現場諮詢，態度都不好，不像酒店行業從業人員，更像三甲醫院工作人員，有客人電話諮詢房間沒有飲用水，態度很不耐煩，直接告訴不提供，需要自己下樓打水去，掛了電話也是各種抱怨，給人的感覺非常不好，差評，我們前後諮詢停車位問題態度一樣
2、衞生不好，死角很多，垃圾也很多，走廊更是一言難盡，洗漱用品不全且異常陳舊
3、隔音不好，不管是馬路還是樓道，窗户和牆的隔音都不太好，聲音聽的很清楚
