二刷的民宿，民宿養的花花草草都是用心打理過的，特別是多肉，開始我以為是假的，後來一摸是真的。立馬和老闆要了店鋪訊息，也準備買兩盆養起來。山裡空氣很好，雖然今年依然沒有遇到雲海。繞了茶園走了走，風景和空氣都很不錯

這個五一假期，選擇了下巖貝村裡的初夏民宿，真是遇見了美好，雅緻的院落，乾淨的房間，窗外的美景，無不讓人心生歡喜，就連所有路過民宿門口的遊人們，也紛紛駐足拍照打卡，初夏民宿好像是兩個當地年輕人開的，胖乎乎的老闆和藹可親，瘦長的老闆温文爾雅，共同把民宿能打理的如此美好也是非常用心了，洗漱用品裏還裝着一次性馬桶圈墊，還有兩個眼罩，還贈送了水果，把民宿做到了酒店的服務，價格也是在下巖貝村裡最具有性價比的，假如要來下巖貝村，不要猶豫，選擇初夏民宿吧！

民宿老闆性格好，熱情好客，會耐心地為客人介紹當地的景點、小吃和遊玩路線。客房內的設施設備齊全，智能門鎖、無線WIFI等一應俱全，能滿足客人的日常需求。有室外泳池、棋牌室、家庭影院等休閑娛樂設施，無論是親子游、情侶出行還是朋友聚會，都能找到適合自己的娛樂方式。提供中式早餐，飯菜口味棒，還有機會品嚐到地道的新昌農家菜，食材新鮮，烹飪手藝出色，受到眾多客人的好評。雖然早餐是固定套餐，但客人可以根據自己的口味和需求，提前與老闆溝通，老闆會盡量滿足客人的要求。

這家民宿不臨觀景台，好處是比較安靜，走到觀景台也很方便，我覺得位置挺好。進門一個小院子，養眼。房間很乾凈，早餐吃得舒服。民宿不供午餐晚餐，老闆推薦的土菜館，也蠻好的。一點遺憾是被子太厚了。

地理位置有點偏，看到C位景觀，進村後一直到底，出來要走一點路
周邊有不錯的土菜館，咖啡店，風景也很好
民宿的服務太讓人印象深刻了，是我從未遇到過的。
進門的冷漠，從前台登記到隔天吃早餐，民宿的工作人員全程冷臉，不聞不問。
早餐算自助，看到雞蛋衹有2個，問店裡的阿姨我們4個人不夠怎麼辦？大媽不情願的又去煮了2個，最後還衹給了一個，真叫一個絕！
1300一晚的房費我不指望你給我什麼服務，但既然開門做生意，客氣的用語和笑臉該有的吧！全程冷漠到，感覺像欠了老闆娘一個億。
另外，睡了一晚上還給毒蚊子咬了幾個大包。給後續訂房的自行斟酌下。

環境還可以，北面看茶園，無遮擋，早上有雲海，南面有房子遮擋，看十九峯不大看得到。位置稍遠，從停車場進來如果不坐電瓶車得走很遠。
