入住喋喋不休，非得讓加錢買會員，還要扒拉客人手機，直到光火才罷休。還有前台是不是故意報復，説是給我升級了房間，而且我當場表示別給我有暗毛病的房間，還特意指出不要下水不好的這種。結果你們就偏給我這間房，洗了一半，水都漫到腳了。挺好，本來訂了三天，當晚後續全部取消。其他，迎賓茶水台是擺設，沒有咖啡，沒有熱水，我嘴幹舌燥，那個前台還在喋喋不休。被官方圖片大門騙了，其實衹是一樓的一部分。而大部分客人都是開車，進來就下地庫。地庫上來根本找不到門，因為這一半是廢棄狀態，非常黑。而且前台側面的感應門，看上去像一塊固定的玻璃。前台的燈光導致外面更黑，而且從電梯出來的視角根本看不見你們打印的指示紙張……真是活見鬼，如果對上海客人有歧視，可以不接待，我們可以不來的。PS，接待人是一位目測年紀明顯稍長的前台。btw，新昌的服務水準比隔壁嵊州差太多了。當大家都是阿木林了。
