環境：走廊地毯好臟又臭
衞生：房間消毒殺蟲不到位，好多蟑螂，空調也不製冷，
服務：很熱情，客房阿姨每天都會過問要不要打掃衞生需要啥的

非常差，第一次住這麼差的酒店，那床躺一會就渾身瘙癢，跟前台反應沒用，不能退款，不能換房的，感覺前台很木訥像是沒有受過專業培訓的，最後還是攜程官方來解決了，非常不推薦！！！
