衞生：衞生間西側窗簾不太遮掩
環境：附近吃的挺多，晚上熱鬧非凡，煙花爆竹挺沒

一家人去贛州，找了新豐落腳點，選了這家泡温泉， 我是完全衝著天台有個露天無邊際泳池訂的 。 結果我們30號晚上去 泳池沒有注水， 失望了。

第一次寫差評。提供慢充樁衹有這一點是可取之處。不滿意的地方：
1、民宿九樓的空中温泉開放指示牌純粹是假提示！空中温泉空中泳池衹是戳頭，週五入住的客人絕對是沒有這個設施服務的！泳池的水要週六中午十二點後才放水，前台説要週六下午三點後才滿水，“建議多住一晚”？！這是幾個意思？毫無誠信可言！設施不允許週五使用泳池可以在平台上註明，不至於讓客人掃興而回！我們來梅坑泡温泉也不是第一次，設施設備比喜泉好的新凈的民宿多的是，這次是衝著空中泳池而來的，實在讓人失望！
2不滿意的第二點是衞生不好，浴巾黑黃有污跡、浴室沒有乾濕分離；
3不滿意第三點，作為攜程鑽石會員，住過許多酒店，沒有遇到過三番五次一點前催促退房的前台！入住時對於我們提出延遲退房的要求也不情不願，明明沒有滿房的情況下對客人包容一點才是待客之道。

五一價格超級划算，不過就是有小孩就很吵睡不好，隔音不太行，附近很多吃的，老闆人也挺好，性價比挺高的，不過搞衞生阿姨服務態度就很一般了

酒店這一片地區都是温泉民宿，其它沒住過，這裏住第二次了，性價比很高，房間中規中矩，廁所有味道，不算大，關上廁所門不影響，樓頂有泳池和幾個温泉小池，泳池開了，温泉池不知道有沒有開，房間有獨立温泉池，應該大部分人都在房間泡，每個房有3池温泉水，老闆豪氣，很多民宿衹有一池水，電梯裏有農家菜的廣告，不知道是不是跟民宿一個老闆的，去吃了，味道不錯，價格適中

優點：2張1.5米床，雖然是彈簧床墊，也還紮實，沒有吱吱嘎嘎響，房間電視能看直播，空調夠冷，房間私人温泉泡池在陽台，夠大夠深，排水快，來水速度也可以，水是天然真温泉，微帶點炭味，水非常清澈乾淨。附近早餐晚飯等找吃的十分方便，好吃不貴。缺點是：房間裏連2瓶支裝水也不配，問前台，她説對的，不配，你要的話下大堂來買。房間陽台不大，圍欄很高，望得到遠山，但前面一堆農民屋。房間裝修裝飾簡陋或者説太樸實了。衞生間不太乾淨。馬桶去水不太暢通。當然250元左右，可能大概如此了。
