一進門一股味道，很臭房間裏，電視也沒信號，床頭櫃上邊還有煙灰，就這衞生真的一般般，衞生間淋浴水很熱，，希望待改進

上樓開個門開了半天門緊的不行，屋裡超級冷，衞生間還超級滑，差點滑倒了，屋裡沒有充電器，設施設備不好，本來訂的鐘點房説到八點退房，又讓我團購全天房119,我説住不夠時間能退嗎？前台説不行，我自己都是幹前台的，沒見過這樣的，我真的會謝

代家人預訂，預訂時包含兩份早餐，家人辦理入住時告知不含餐，讓在**上團購早餐，晚上與家人聊天得知比情況，又讓家人拿着截圖找前台才給了餐券。
