房間位於2樓，首先，反鎖鏈條是壞的，紗窗簾和遮光窗簾關到頭也還差20釐米沒法關閉，抬頭一看，居然窗簾桿上隔着很多窗簾環，怪不得關不上，中午把門鎖和窗簾問題反映給前台，説第二天再找人解決，直到我退房時都未見解決。第二，客房下水道很臭，散發一股難聞的下水道味道，下水未做存水彎，呆在房間感到很難受。第三，酒店的早餐很差，我9: 40去吃時已經沒有什麼可吃的，早餐種類又少，豆漿很難喝，估計是豆粉沖泡的，水煮的雞蛋居然有茶葉蛋的觀感，我特意去聞了下，有點臭味，雞蛋我也不敢吃了，水果中的蘋果居然每個都有斑點和壞的。第四，入住還要交200元按金，我住很多酒店都不需要交按金，還怕偷飲料喝不成。第五，沒有香皂，上完廁所沒有香皂洗手，衹能擠沐浴露來洗手。第六，沒有燒開水的熱水壺和免費刮鬍刀，雖然牆上有個固定的開水器，但我覺得很不衞生。第七，前台小妹服務態度很好，奈何硬件設施太差，本來不想給差評的，實在受不了，還是給差評，以後再也不會住這個酒店了。

第二次去住比中天賓館新和酒店的環境好多了沒有什麼就是做錯了兩次電梯做的保潔打掃衞生那個也沒有啥
設施：挺好的推薦推薦
衞生：可以可以就是洗澡間有點臟
