很新的酒店，配套齊全。房間寬敞，全套智能家電，裝修設施非常的完善，好多小細節真的貼心。特別是寬闊的窗台，超級適合看窗外的雪景，這次剛好幸運的見證了2024年的初雪，還是一場大雪，特別棒👍🏻
前台的小姐姐們，笑容特別燦爛，服務人員都很好的。就是有個小細節，二樓通往餐廳的通道有點黑

之前預訂的特價標間到酒店後前台調整成大床房！酒店停車場非常大，一個獨立的庭院，安保措施到位，酒店大廳較寬敞明亮。早餐也比較豐富，唯一美中不足的是房間的地曖太熱，房間的空調是關閉的不可調節。

這次旅行入住，體驗感直接拉滿！必須給大家按頭安利一波！
一進大堂，暖色調燈光搭配簡約大氣的裝修，讓人瞬間放鬆。前台工作人員超熱情，快速辦好入住還貼心推薦周邊好玩的地方。
房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，晚上我直接一覺到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也很高。
酒店的早餐更是豐富，中西餐都有，現做的煎蛋和香噴噴的麪包，給新一天滿滿能量。
位置也超棒，周邊美食多，離景點和地鐵站都很近，出行超方便。

10月1小長假帶着長者孩子出來玩，回烏魯木齊的路上太晚了就住在新和縣了，本身對酒店沒報很高的期望值，但是😄很讓人舒心，從進門到保安大哥到前台的熱姿菀古麗（可能名字裏的字寫的不對）都很熱情笑臉相迎😊而且前台的熱姿菀古麗很能替客人考慮，及時幫你解決問題很贊👍

我們是半夜過來的，短髮的女服務員第二天一大早就開始敲門，不停的敲，我們都説了15點退房，她既然説客人在等！請問萬一我要續住你們非要趕出去嗎？ 他們是客人，我們是啥？ 那個女的連延遲退房權益都不知道！ 作為酒店服務員這麼點東西都不知道嗎？ 總之體驗很差！
