Came by car, underground parking for 25 nights. The landlord was very enthusiastic and responded very promptly. He also recommended several places to eat very well. The room is decorated in style, but it is so dry! The floor heating can't be controlled, it's so hot! I can't close it 😂 The provided items are quite complete, the projector is also very easy to use, and the mobile phone can directly project the screen.

Great hotel situated nearby the Wanda mall and Tangdao walking street. I was impressed with how stunning the hotel is and pre-arrival experience was really remarkable. It is according to what I expected from Sofitel Hotel; however, my experience this time didn't reach my expectation. First, I was asked to pay CNY99 in order to use the swimming pool even if I already said that I was staying there. Second, the air-conditioner was not cool enough. I asked the staff to help me adjust it, but it seemed not work well. I slept with sweating all night. Lastly, I asked concierge to recommend me where I could find the night walking street and street food, but the answer I got was to search the word ”Tangdao” by myself. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't expect concierge to just provide me this simple answer. I can even do that by myself. What was the point from seeking for the recommendation from concierge? I have seen that one of them even got Les Clefs d'Or so that I expected the whole team to provide me something beyond my expectation. Please consider this issue. Thank you very much.

The Sebel Apartments are integrated into the Sofitel of Xining. It was a good place to stay and the rooms were spacious for us as family. The hotel also has a good indoor pool with good water and room temperature. The pool area was clear and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and a great charger for our daily trips around Xining. Only con in our stay was the high temperature in the room overnight. The AC was not on heating but the room was very warm (24 degrees) and the air was very dry. Sleeping was not easy then but it could maybe have been a malfunction.

The hotel is nice and the environment is very good. There is a wetland park in front. The lobby and rooms are well decorated, but I don't know why. It has been trial operation for more than a year. The adjacent podium and underground garage have not been repaired and decorated. The disadvantage is that the hotel’s breakfast is too stingy. I went to breakfast at 8 o’clock and 80% of the dishes were not available. I reminded the waiter that there were no dishes and empty dishes. The waiter had a good attitude and said that it would be added soon, but I sat and waited. In half an hour, ten dishes were added up to three, and the others were still empty.

The service enthusiasm index is absolutely full. After the master in the parking lot commanded the parking, and then pulled our luggage and ran quickly. After entering the hall, we seamlessly connected and transferred the luggage to the lobby staff. After checking in in seconds, the service staff could send the luggage to the room. There is unlimited mineral water and fruit at the exit. I found a more highlight when I entered the room: ① There is a bar with paid consumption, but the absolute conscience price is ② with a capsule coffee machine and a lot of capsule coffee powder (free), which is too friendly for me who has to work overtime during the trip. ④ dry and wet partitions are very reasonable ⑤ clean and hygienic is in place ⑥ bathrobes really like Breakfast is optional, the restaurant is clean, the filling and table are cleaned up quickly, and the service staff are professional and enthusiastic. When checking out, it is also professional speed to help with luggage. To sum up: frequent vacations with children, for accommodation choices have always been relatively high, Yinlong Hotel's service level is absolutely crushing any other four-star hotel, all aspects of service are completely impeccable, completely worthy of five points. Manually like such an efficient management team, the team division is clear, and the departments are closely cooperating, both division and cooperation. I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.
