Very helpful staff; super clean and modern; very nice pool and gym. We only had the breakfast buffet- mostly Chinese fare- good value if you are hungry!

Very kind and courteous staff. The room is well equipped and has a good layout. Breakfast with wide selection of Chinese and Western options. Definite recommendation! Only minor point is the cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant, especially the mats on the table and chairs could use a wash. Not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this class I would expect better.

Nice hotel close to the central square where a shuttle bus from the airport have a stop. 10-15min. Rooms very spacious and clean.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

The service was Ok. The breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and luxurious. Location was in the old part of town where restaurants arent plentiful. The killer to an otherwise good review was the central heating. It was so bad that at one stage the room temperature registered 30 deg celsius. The reception suggested I open the windows but it didnt help. I couldnt sleep at all and if you rent a room which put you out of sleep, how to give a good rating ?

The hotel is splendid. The welcome is very warm ! The staff is very kind, gentle and helpful. The bedrooms are big and clean, the bed is really comfortable.

This is my second stay. I feel that everything is good. The hotel is located in the city center, and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. The hotel has its own underground parking space, which is very convenient. However, the service quality has obviously declined compared to last year.

This is my second stay. It was only 3 days after my first stay. I decided to stay in Sanyu again when I returned to Xining from Zhangye. The room is very big and the bed is very comfortable. The buffet is very rich. Our family stayed for 4 nights in total. The breakfast was changed every day. The breakfast started at 7:00 and was very popular. The coffee was not bad! After checking in, we were given the famous local yogurt and snacks. The first time we checked in, we were a family of three, so we were given 1 breakfast. The second time we checked in, we were given the same room number as the first time. I really felt like I was home. A foreign land is also my home. Thanks to the handsome Ma Yongzhen at the front desk and Sanyu. (P.S. There are actually many types of breakfast. I didn’t have time to take pictures. I was rushing out to play and stuck to the time. Basically, I could eat a full breakfast until breakfast and dinner.)

The hotel is very close to Wangfujing and Shuijingxiang, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The front desk brother Nan Lajia is very considerate. The hotel also gave oxygen cylinders, thank you. PS: Friends who want to go to Ta'er Temple can go to the bus stop diagonally opposite downstairs and take bus 909 → Ta'er Temple direction, the fare is 4 yuan😄directly, just open the Xining bus and scan the code on Alipay😄🤗

I have to give it a good review. I had always booked chain hotels before, and I was not familiar with Sanyu Hotel. Seeing the rave reviews online, I decided to check in with the mentality of giving it a try. Whether it was the room, dining or parking, everything was very good, and I was not disappointed.
