The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in very quick. The location is convenient, very close to the high-speed train station, and they offer free shuttle service to and from the train station. The cleaning was meticulous, the room was quiet with good soundproofing, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The room was spacious and bright, and the hot water pressure was excellent. Overall, it exceeded expectations; the environment was cozy and spotless. This stay was a wonderful surprise! From check-in to check-out, the entire process was very pleasant. The front desk lady was gentle and polite, efficiently handling the procedures, and even proactively recommended local food and attractions like the Xinchian Night Market and Xiaguan Pedestrian Street. The room was spacious and well-lit, meticulously cleaned with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and fluffy, and the mattress had just the right firmness, helping to relieve a day's travel fatigue. The hot water in the bathroom was stable, and the toiletries were Peter Thomas Roth, which left my hair feeling very smooth.

It's officially a 4-star hotel, but the service is definitely 5-star. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM with a great selection, and they even offer grab-and-go boxes. The rooms were also kept spotless.

They even arranged a last-minute car for me to the high-speed rail station, and the driver was also very good. Overall, this Xining trip was great, and the people in Xining are exceptionally kind.

After returning from Golmud, I chose this hotel again. It was both my starting and ending point. After getting familiar with the surroundings, I realized the hotel's location is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation, with places like Nanguan Street, Xinqian Night Market, and RT-Mart supermarket all nearby. The alley itself is quiet, but both ends are lively. The laundry room and gym are well-equipped, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. The front desk even extended our check-out time to 4 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful!

Overall, it was very good. The room was bright, well-equipped, clean, and soundproof. The pillows and mattress were quite comfortable, and the service was good. Breakfast was worth the money. The only issue was with the room lights; for some reason, they stayed on all night the first night, making the room uncomfortably bright. On the second night, they were motion-sensored, so they turned completely dark when I wasn't near them, which allowed for a good rest. I guess I just didn't know how to use them properly.
