New Starting Point Hotel (Xining Railway Station Xinqian International)

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around town. What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional level of service. The staff were extra accommodating, helping us with rushed laundry requests and repeatedly helping out with our orders each day. They were efficient, polite, and overall very nice to deal with. A top-tier experience from start to finish.

It was difficult to find the hotel in the first place when we stepped out of the taxi as we need to enter the building, go up to the 9th floor. Before, we asked surrounding locals ans they had no idea where was our hotel even :) The room were really spacious for 4 people. However, there were one queen bed for, and one big single bed which were not enough for 4 people to sleep in. Also, the room in reality didn't match at all the illustrated images. I suggest the hotel to be more honest with how their rooms look like so future guests wont be shocked as I was in the first place. Nevertheless, the hotel location was excellent. Next to the train station, to the market streets, surrounding mosques and Nanshan Park. We had a great time in Xining.

A very recommended accomodation for a transit trip to Lhasa, nearby the train station. And near night market.

Lovely stay in this nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great view, clean, calm. I'll come back.

This hotel is located in a building on a single floor - it’s more like an apartment. Rooms don’t have ac or anything cooling but front desk person was kind enough to give a side table fan.
