整體都是非常不滿意的，拉低了我對青海旅遊的整體印象，入住一晚上就蒸了一晚上桑拿，房間內通風性極差，外面氣温15度，室內氣温最少30度，床單被套都是熱的，小孩熱得哼哼了一晚上，第二天一家三口頭都是懵的，嚴重影響後面的旅途安排，並且我極度懷疑住了個假維也納，如果是真的那就是全國最差，沒有之一，400一晚的房價沒有空調，且停車收費極貴25元，毫無服務可言，一把老破小的風扇讓人慾哭無淚，洗澡的水温一下燙的死一下又冰的死，都差點感冒了，總體極差差差❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌，建議如果有的選，千萬不要住！

早先，一年跑兩趟青海的時候，西寧類似於漢庭、七天、維也納這些連鎖酒店的房價在兩百元左右；
這回兩年來一次，發現拎不清行情，居然翻一番還不止。
可以理解，畢竟不是維也納一家……
總體還是挺不錯的，位置絕佳，房間通風隔音，雖説沒空調，畢竟提前有告知。

不知好評如何來。酒店完全不像2018年開業，感覺20年前的酒店，非常差，所謂免費升級，體驗不岀，設施陳舊。房間的窗户是壞。前台服務真的差到極點，答應了回覆，打了無數個，每天都説搞衞生的阿姨沒上班，問了多次都不回。遊客多，不愁賣的樣子。沒住過服務這麼差的酒店！性價比這麼低的酒店！
