我們自駕遊，晚上11點多到酒店附近，地面沒有停車位，打電話給前台，讓停地下停車場，根據指引到達A座（有照片），上到一層發現不對，又打電話給前台，一問三不知的扯了半天，才知道酒店在B座，到了B座發現根本沒有任何酒店標識和指引（有照片），我們拖着行李從A 到B，我們想問下酒店指引為什麼是錯誤的，前台接待人員推卸責任給物業，也一點沒有平息客人情緒的態度，且極其不耐煩。入住後發現洗面池是裂開的，燈具有破損，衞生間門上的密封條脱落，上兩天客人留下的遺棄物品和打車發票都還在置物筐內，我簡直懷疑這個房間是否打掃過，因為時間太晚了，簡單給前台反映問題就將就休息了。第二天早餐八點半結束，我們八點十幾分到餐廳，剩下的菜很多都沒有了，想問一下能不能給煮幾個雞蛋，被告知餐點快結束了，不能煮，態度生硬的很，我們出去外面吃也不是不行，但這麼會懟人，為什麼要做酒店服務業呢？這是我們這次自駕行住的最差的一次酒店，連藏區裏的民宿都比這家酒店乾淨舒適的多，態度也更親切。到此為止寫得最多的點評字數，一生黑！

首先酒店標註的是寵物友好酒店，但是前台聽到你帶狗入住，表情就是有種嫌棄的感覺。收費就是他們看大小來定費用。我看評論區有客户的收200，我們還衹是被收100，是否該開心？真心建議帶寵物的不要選擇這家酒店，或者要不酒店就直接不要寵物友好算了
第二一進去房間，正想上個衞生間，就看到居然馬桶還有沒有沖乾淨的紙巾，真的是接連生氣。所以感受真的非常不好。
