After we showed the information that the order has been successfully confirmed, the waiter still did not approve it. And the attitude is not good. For this reason, I was delayed for more than an hour in the hotel lobby. It was only after 11pm that the order was found and admitted that we had booked a family room, and we arranged for more than ten people to stay, but the room on the 11th floor had hair on the bed. Cleaned up, but considering that it was too late at the time, so I just need to clean up by myself. The next day I told the front desk staff about the matter, but the waiter asked, “Why didn’t you tell me at that time and you can change the sheets, but when we checked in, they had been delayed until the evening. It was around 11 o'clock, so I had to clean up by myself. They didn't apologize for the two things from beginning to end. Is the service quality and attitude worse?

The rooms are clean and tidy and comfortable; breakfast is abundant; the location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the intersection of the airport bus and a traffic light; it is close to the streets where food is sought, such as Xinghai Road/Meteorological Alley, and it is convenient to walk; there are nearby Large shopping mall and supermarket; not far from Xining People’s Park.

The hotel really gave me a pleasant surprise, the price is very high, clean and comfortable, the key price is breakfast and bathrobes, and sleeping is very quiet. The service attitude is also very good, and I will definitely like it again next time. For breakfast, I finally ate the fritters that I was thinking of. There are also special dessert fruits. It's worth living!

前兩年來西寧辦事，住過這家酒店，那時候冬天了很冷外面，酒店房間一進去暖暖的非常不錯，這次來西寧辦事依然選擇住在交通花苑酒店，定這個小房間一個人住非常有安全感！酒店有自己的停車場，當天晚上定的房間，路上堵車到了天亮才到酒店，訂房間帶早餐，前台接待非常熱情，先給了早餐卷，吃完早餐踏踏實實在睡覺，很暖心

酒店交通便利，停車方便，總枱服務熱情，酒店設施有點陳舊了，進門有宜異味，房間明亮，衞生乾淨，沒有乾濕分離。

酒店設施太過老舊，第一天入住的枕套，浴巾全是破的。下水管道沒有密封，反臭，導致在西寧不常見的蟑螂也能從管道里爬出來衞生間跑。衞生間洗澡的冷熱水出水不均，要麼燙手，要麼純涼水。水壓極其小。

户型有點奇葩，説了是迷你床果然很窄，我這種不愛翻身的就無所謂。缺點是床單居然有洞，破了就換嘛。花灑衹有頂上那個最大的，到處滋水。反正就這個價位，單身人住還是推薦的。

總體上給3.5分，酒店屬於老酒店了，裝修年限應該也有10年左右了，維護一般，但是體量猶在，整個酒店住起來舒適度不錯。早餐品種較少，衹有幾樣炒菜和饅頭花捲以及粥。住的單間，房間佈局很有意思，有床的房間和廁所是在兩個房間的。服務不錯，跟攜程是深度合作的。
