首先，酒店展示出來服務和設備內容不一致，比如冰箱，酒店實際沒有提供冰箱，前台服務説叫我全額退款，但是我時間來不及單獨找酒店，通過多方溝通客房服務拖了一個很小的冰箱過來。
其次，網上訂單顯示是一張床，結果進去看到是2張床。
3、再其次是窗户密閉性不好，關不緊，夜裡颳風吹到房間裏面發出嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚的聲音，聽起有些嚇人😭😭😭。

訂的是大床房。但是酒店很奇葩，空調是假的，説空調衹能吹氣不可以製冷，也不可以制暖。後來給我們調換了一個標間。面積比我們定的小了不少，説是和我們的房價差五元，我就説算了吧，沒有退。周圍沒有賣吃的不方便。
