This is an old hotel. For the first time, I saw the receptionist sitting and checking in. I saw guests who did not ask hello or stood up. Answering the guests' questions was impolite and indifferent. The front desk of Vanke Property I have seen is also sitting, but when guests come in, they will stand up and say hello as a courtesy. 前台的大家非常nice，入住當天給攜程會員升級了房型。房間非常舒適乾淨，浴缸大，有浴霸，這個季節洗澡不會凍感冒，貼心的在床頭放置了兩個多功能一體插線底座很細心。客房附贈了青海奶製品小吃，樓下也有小賣部可以購買到西寧特產。酒店離下南關街很近，恰逢開齋節前，集市上各種好吃的。酒店門口公交車四通八達，接站師傅幽默人不錯，給大家點個贊，下次還來。

不錯的房間，酒店獨棟，樓層高很安靜。酒店距離火車站不遠，地理位置很好。服務態度好，酒店工作人員碰見客人會打招呼，客房的小問題經反饋也及時處理。另外點名表揚29號上午和31號上午的前台，好像是132號。這兩天應該是同一位，性格很開朗，微笑服務。
