Bad experience. Listed as a 4 diamond hotel but I totally disagree. It's a 3 star business hotel IMO.
Check in was a nightmare having to provide so many bits of information. Luckily I had them all so they had to let me check in.
Room size is fine. Bed is comfortable but pillows are like sleeping on sandbags. Had a really bad sleep. AC is weak and loud. Room is aged and needs a refit.
Shower pressure is good but be careful it's scalding hot. Wifi is poor.
Views could be good but window is dirty.
No tea or coffee in the room.
Breakfast was very below average. Even for a standard business hotel I expected a better breakfast.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel

This hotel is pretty centrally located - super close to the food street. Reception was very friendly and there was no hassle whatsoever with check-in which can often be a concern as a foreigner. Breakfast was ok as well.

Located not far from Zhongxin square in the middle of town, just about anything is within easy reach, including many delicious restaurants. This place is a great choice with all modern amenities, and is fairly priced.

給升了房，很大。城景夜景不錯，位置好離莫家街走路幾分鐘。
床品還行，屬於僅過夜睡覺理想選擇。其他建議加強衞浴硬件設施配置，走廊暗，設施簡單維修的較多處但能用的樣子。感覺需要重裝了。不然辜負了這個位置。重裝後我再來住，加油吧店家

17年住過這家酒店，覺得各方面還不錯，這次去直接就訂到了這裏。先説優點吧，地理位置還是不錯的，就在大十字，離莫家街和大新街夜市還有水井巷都不遠，房間樓層也比較高，視線比較好。缺點是，這次和17年我入住相比明顯感覺酒店老舊了許多，一進門看到那面桌子，開始還以為是天花板掉下的牆皮，仔細一看才發現是桌面上的皮革破了。。頓時就沒了什麼好感。衞生間推拉門關不上，洗澡的時候要把地墊卡在那裡才行。早餐比較簡單，9點收餐，8點半過去，水果已經不再添加了。地毯也比較臟。。可能城中區發展比較落後吧，去景點的路上發現一些好酒店都在其他區。下次若再過來了換一家試試。

這次青甘之行體驗最差的酒店，酒店設施陳舊落後，花灑出水不給力，前台冷着臉，早餐要啥沒啥，六點多開餐，八點才能上水果，上了秒空。服務員服務很差，餐巾紙都捨不得給夠，找服務員要紙巾就跟沒聽見一樣，不搭理人。還有服務員半夜敲門，送東西送錯了房間，嚴重影響了睡眠。總之軟件硬件都很差，真不知道好評都是怎麼來的。誰想在旅程中找氣生就來住吧。

這個酒店是個奇葩，住的親子房，空調都沒有,熱的要死，問房間的中央空調有沒有，説晚上7點到11點有空調，結果也是胡扯。總之設施老舊，服務較差，酒店主打一個省電

設施有些老舊，服務態度一般，應該不是按業績考核的，愛搭不理的。交了兩天錢，房卡就給開了一天，就一部電梯跑下來刷卡，連句抱歉都沒有！如果不是因為地段還算方便，不會再去的。
