Enraton International Hotel

The hotel environment is great, and the front desk staff, Zhuoma and Allen, provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

Forgot to take photos, but the hotel was great, and the location was excellent, right next to Nanguan Street. For this price, you'd easily pay 400+ yuan in mainland China; I guess it's so cheap because it's the off-season. The service was fantastic; the front desk staff and security guards always greeted us warmly. They also provided local tea, anything we needed like earplugs, and even gave us two yogurts. The only downside was that the underfloor heating was too hot. As someone from out of town, I'm not used to it in winter, and it made it hard to sleep. Even with the windows open at night, it was still sweltering.

The room was clean and odorless, though a bit small. The facilities were a bit old, especially the shower, which didn't work well; the hot water was very unstable and could easily scald you. The hotel had good soundproofing, making it quiet, and its location was excellent, within walking distance of several night markets. The most commendable aspect was the service; everyone was very kind, attentive, and service-oriented. The front desk staff, the baggage service by Bai Wenxiang, and the housekeeping by Ma Yulian, among others, were all excellent.

The hotel is very clean and offers great value for money. I was surprised to get a room for around 200 during the National Day holiday. The best part is that all the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They even gave us a small gift when we checked in, and then two more when we checked out because it was Mid-Autumn Festival! I almost felt embarrassed by their generosity. I definitely highly recommend this place!

The hotel was very clean and they even gave us yogurt and a small gift. It's also very close to the Xiannanguan Night Market.

The service was excellent – attentive and considerate. The place was spotless, and they even prepared mooncakes and gifts for the Mid-Autumn Festival!
