Holiday Inn XINING HOT-SPRING by IHG

I was completely surprised by how luxurious this hotel was for the price. It was quite late when we checked in, but the front desk staff, Xiao Xue, was incredibly warm and attentive. She even gave us complimentary breakfast for the next day! And the best part is, the hotel is very close to Ta'er Monastery. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The hotel staff were very hospitable, especially Xiao Qin, who provided exceptional service. She helped with our luggage and promptly resolved any issues. I'll definitely come back to Xining when I have the chance! 👍

Fantastic! Excellent value for money. It's high-end and stylish. The room is very spacious with complete facilities, especially the large bathtub. After a lovely soak, all my fatigue from the day just melted away.

I have to give a five-star review to Xiao Chen and Xiao Xue at the front desk! Check-in was not only efficient but also warm and polite. The hotel's floor staff were professional and friendly, proactively informing me that parking was free and I just needed to scan a free parking code at the front desk. They also gave detailed directions for nearby attractions without being perfunctory or dismissive. The communication was pleasant, and the service was meticulous and spot-on. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the excellent service from the front desk added a lot to my trip. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Upon entering, the hotel's design immediately impressed me; it looked very upscale with a great sense of style. Xiao Liu at the front desk was very kind and thoughtful during check-in, even offering us complimentary breakfast. The room itself was very neat and clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The view from the window was excellent and expansive. Housekeeper Huang Shengxia did a fantastic job cleaning the room and even helped organize my clothes and toiletries on the vanity. This was a truly satisfactory stay.

The room was very comfortable, and front desk staffer, Sister Xu, was super friendly and even upgraded our room for free! It was raining the next morning so we didn't go out to explore or eat lunch. We had to rush off to another place in the afternoon, so the complimentary breakfast was just perfect! It was enough to fill us up, very plentiful, and highly recommended (¯▽¯)👍

Facilities: The bathtub water flow was way too slow, but everything else was pretty good. Cleanliness: It's up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Environment: Okay, a bit close to Kumbum Monastery. Service: The waitresses at the restaurant were very enthusiastic, polite, and caring. Thank you! The boiled beef was delicious!
