My stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel boasts a prime location, and my high-floor room offered a truly fantastic view. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a breathtaking panoramic city view, allowing me to take in the cityscape during the day and enjoy the captivating ambiance of the city lights at night. The room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given Xining's dry climate. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and with the Wanda commercial area right downstairs, dining and shopping were incredibly convenient. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xining.

My stay here was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, right by the airport shuttle stop, which made getting to and from Caojiabao Airport incredibly convenient – no need for taxis. Strategically located in the city center, Genting Hotel boasts a prime location that makes getting around incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The hotel is fully equipped with all sorts of amenities, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Both the front desk and room service are attentive and responsive. Right outside the hotel, there's a vibrant snack street, offering a lively atmosphere and a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment. It's an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Let's start with the positives: the location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby making dining convenient, and there's an airport shuttle stop right outside. The higher floors offer a panoramic view of the city's nightscape, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my last stop in Xining before flying home. However, on the second day, breakfast was a bizarre experience. They had simply set up a few tables with food in the second-floor hallway, and strangers were squeezed together at large round tables to eat. It was incredibly awkward. There were only two or three unresponsive servers who showed no service awareness. On the third day, we were informed that breakfast had returned to the first-floor restaurant, and the food and environment were finally up to a normal hotel standard. Since my flight was in the afternoon, I called the front desk and was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which shows the hotel's consideration for guests and good service. This is also why I gave a higher rating.
