第一次來青海，要去青海交通職業技術學院培訓，選擇維也納國際，裏面雖然沒有空調但是有暖氣，房間很大很舒適是

服務員選擇在中午午休的時間敲門來打掃問題，而且戴着倒完垃圾的手套去拿了浴巾進來，放在房間的床上摺疊好放到浴室的架子上……
全程我是看着她操作的！她怎麼能倒完衞生間的垃圾，就去拿浴巾進來……手套沒有換！太可怕了……

前台服務熱情，小夥子推薦了附近好吃的，房間設計也大方，床品舒適，衞生方面也可以，唯一一點不足，就是窗户打開就關不上了，後來兩個人卡住才關上，應該是金屬扣鬆了。

房間設施比較陳舊了，水龍頭和花灑出水量小，洗手都費勁，乾脆就沒辦法洗澡。床和枕頭還是比較舒服的。能看出來房間經過二次裝修，但傢俱，壁紙，衞浴設備還是很過時的材料，污漬過多。服務員整體服務水平有待提高，全程無笑容，無禮貌用語，感覺客人是來給他們找麻煩來的，如你所願，不會再來。
