確實是國際酒店，各項設施和服務都很不錯，有星級賓館的範。衹是這個季節去西寧的人很少吧，入住的人估計很少，所以價位給的非常低，還含早餐，早餐也非常簡單，就看到五個人在吃。房嫂服務很不錯，入住當晚忘記給牙具了，很及時的給補上了。唯一缺點是後半夜感覺房間有些冷，不過還是可以接受的程度。

酒店就在火車站附近，離火車站比較方便步行也就十幾分鍾，離市區打車起步價，酒店門口就是馬路，晚上睡覺挨着路有點吵，設施有點舊，我住的房間網絡超級差相當於沒有，電話也是壞的，晚上有旅行團，這些人大晚上在樓道里抽煙聊天聲音也巨大，真是服了

入住時升房權益不給，打攜程客服才解決的。酒店衞生環境設施都還不錯，服務有待提高。如果能多為客人爭取權益而不是剝奪會更好。想掙錢應該加強自身管理而不是從客人權益上薅。

説真的，前一天也是這個酒店體驗好得多。今晚這個實在是不滿意。熱水要放半小時才温水，沒法洗澡。床腳有個凸出來的輪子，小孩子摔了兩次，大人踢到無數回，衹能放個布擋着。馬桶沖水能力很弱。
