Your criticism made us realize that we still have a lot of room for improvement in terms of service quality and facility maintenance. Regarding the price issue you mentioned, we really need to explain it to you. The price of a four-star hotel usually includes more service details and facility upgrades, such as higher-end room decoration, better room service, and possibly some special facilities. But obviously, we didn't meet your expectations in this regard, and we're deeply sorry for that. Regarding the floor heating problem you mentioned, we understand that it is due to negligence in maintenance of our floor heating system, which resulted in the failure to achieve the expected heating effect. We have had the underfloor heating system fully inspected and repaired to ensure it is now providing a comfortable temperature. As for the carpet issue, we acknowledge that there are indeed cases where cleaning is not done in a timely manner. We have thoroughly cleaned the guest room carpets and increased the frequency of daily cleaning to ensure that every guest can enjoy a clean and tidy accommodation environment. In addition, we have also noticed the lack of humidifiers in the guest rooms and have arranged for the installation of humidifiers to ensure that guests can feel comfortable humidity even in dry weather.
