"The room was lovely, and we even got upgraded to an Eskimo-themed room. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as one of the top 100 family-friendly hotels; the environment is excellent. From the moment we walked in, staff greeted our child warmly, which was very welcoming. The room itself was great, and the bathroom amenities were perfectly suited for kids, showing incredible thoughtfulness. Because our child is young, I called the front desk for a bed rail. It was delivered and installed, and the attendant even thoughtfully used a floor mat and towel to cover any gaps, saying she was worried our child might get caught. The hotel's zoo package allows unlimited entry over two days, which was super convenient for us with a child, and there's even a small train shuttle. Nice! The only downside was not being able to see the hotel's giraffes in winter, which was a bit of a shame, haha."

"Our family was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and services. When we brought our children to Yinji to play, we excluded many other parent-child hotels with inflated prices and average hygiene, and chose this new Chinese-style hotel. As expected, we were not disappointed. The hotel facilities and equipment are very new, and the service is also full of sincerity. The service staff from the hotel front desk to the restaurant are very sincere! Highly recommended! The accompanying pictures show the breakfast and hotel room conditions. The hotel did not ask for any comments. It was all voluntary and I am happy to do so. I hope that such excellent hotels in China will continue to survive!"

"I was traveling with my children from Xi'an and chose the hot spring hotel opposite the park for convenience. If you book a two-day and one-night hotel + Animal Kingdom + hot spring package, you can stay in the Animal Kingdom unlimited times for two days. The hotel is clean and tidy from the moment you enter, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. When you bring your children, you get a free upgrade to the room type. The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. Before leaving, she specifically told her to contact us if she had any questions. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality. . Before leaving the hotel, the children specifically promised to stay here again next time. The service will make up for many shortcomings. I wish your hotel a prosperous business. On the fourth floor, there are 270 degree viewing rooms.
