The water heaters in each room were individual 40-liter electric heaters, with a very small capacity; after one person showered, there was no hot water left for the next. The cords for the hairdryer and water heater were yellowed and covered in stains. The chairs in the room were stained, and the air conditioner vents were also covered in grime. The wardrobe had no doors and no clothes hangers were provided. The ceiling had multiple cracks, peeling paint, and water stains. All of the above is my personal experience and a true account, with photographic evidence. This is the deluxe double room I stayed in, costing 225 yuan a night. Where is the "deluxe" in this context? Does the business offer this level of service and facilities as justified at a price of over 200 yuan?"
