第一次來到這個酒店給人的第一感覺很舒適 房間很寬敞，床也很舒服，酒店位置很好， 處於戛灑大道，交通便利，出行十分方便

房間还可以，不过床单下的薄床墊有点年份了，应该要更新下。
简单过夜出差还是可以的，要到衷牢山旅游的可以在此过上一夜。

房間衞生，床品質量很好，布草新，睡着很舒服。出來玩在這家能睡個好覺就是大滿足了。交通便利就在小鎮主街，停車也方便，周邊自駕可以去南恩瀑布和哀牢山景區。總之性價比相當不錯。服務人員都是當地人，純樸客氣，下次來還盤這家哈哈

唯一的兩分是給工作人員的，不辭辛苦的一直幫我換房間，為什麼會不停的換房間，提前訂好的房間沒了，理由是頭一晚住的客人不肯搬離，給我的方案要麼住普通房間要麼退錢，臨時僅為的我去哪找其他房間，節假日全滿，其他人怎麼樣跟我沒半毛錢關係，不是退點差價就能解決的，況且難道不應該退差價嗎？然後更為戲劇性的來了，所謂的普通房間第一間窗户壞的關不了，第二間空調壞的，第三間這衞生是不敢恭維，這輩子沒住過這麼差的房間！

酒店員工的服務態度很親切，熱情周到，無論是前台接待還是客房服務，總是微笑着迎接，耐心解答問題，讓人感到非常舒心。
位置就在小鎮主街，交通便利，停車方便，去周邊景點也方便。餐飲、購物等
餐飲體驗：周邊小吃挺多，到小鎮花街步行幾分鐘，食材還新鮮，蠻不錯。
