酒店住宿入住感不是很滿意，當時走進點堂，確實很不錯，乾淨，佈置裝修也很不錯，當開進房間時，哀牢山早晚有點涼，想開空調，但是，拿起空調遙控開不了空調，拉開電池蓋，盡然電池生銹了，電話前台服務員拿了電池來換了，後來要冼漱白天換下來的衣服想找衣架把衣服掛上，結果玻璃上按的掛鈎是壞的，衹能想把衣服放登子上，找了一圈連個凳子都沒有，房間的櫃體下面都是翹邊的，窗簾上全是污漬，衞生間牆面都是黴點，空調返黃的可怕，不知道里麪暗藏着多少黴菌，客人對於房間有要求的，不推薦，
