I stayed at this hotel, and overall it was quite good. The lobby was clean and tidy, and the guest rooms felt new. The front desk staff was also very nice. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a separate shower, toilet, and sink, and it featured Xiaodu smart home control. They also provided plenty of bottled water.

The room is spacious and bright, the front desk owner has a good service attitude and the procedures are handled quickly. The room has a password lock, so you don't need to insert a card to get electricity, which is very worry-free. There are plenty of parking spaces downstairs, a snack street on the east side, and it is close to the high-speed rail station, making travel convenient.

The last time I was in Xinxiang on a business trip was in 2021. I asked the front desk today, and they said it opened in 2024. The service was excellent. This morning, before leaving for work, I asked the front desk if the housekeeping could take my running clothes to the laundry room, and they readily agreed. When I returned in the afternoon, they were already hanging on the door. I was very pleased. The hotel breakfast was also good, and the mini-fridge had unlimited drinks. Great service! Highly recommended!

During the summer vacation, I brought my children to Xinxiang, visited the Fat Donglai and Plain Museum, got off the high-speed rail station, and took a taxi to the hotel for 10 minutes. The hotel is newly opened. There are many types of breakfast. It is suitable for my southern taste. The toilet is smart. There is also a washing and drying room. The machine looks new. There are a lot of people washing clothes and drying at night, and they need to queue up. I hope the boss will provide more equipment.

The room was very affordable. The triple room could fit all five of us, and we were surprised to find there was another room available. It was very convenient to sleep in. The facilities were also quite good, and the surrounding area was convenient. Even though we hadn't mentioned it on our first day of travel, the cleaning lady had already cleaned the room. The hot water was also great, and the shower wasn't cold at all.

The service was excellent! I contacted the hotel in advance and they provided a pick-up service from the station. Upon check-in, I received some complimentary snacks and they even put my ID in a hilarious card holder, haha! The hotel's location is also fantastic and very convenient, with a bus stop nearby that goes directly to 'San Pang' (assuming this is a local landmark/destination). The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the room. I could hear people talking in the next room past midnight, which was quite noisy. I could also clearly hear conversations from the hallway inside my room. I hope they can improve the sound insulation.
