睡覺枕頭沒睡下去就見到有頭髮了。
房間的枱燈和兩個射燈壞掉，但是沒有告知。
還發現床單上有小蟑螂，第二天退房反饋給商家，衹給一句“這是正常的”，不理解現在酒店衞生環境標準這麼低了嗎。（圖2/3都是早上7點多拍的）
自助早餐説是7.開始，但是基本快8點才全上齊餐食，對於一些趕時間的住客來説不友好。

問題如下：1、窗户不隔音，晚上非常吵；2、床墊睡得硌人，像睡鋼絲上的感覺，在當地同等價位，很不值；3、明明訂的商務大床房，卻拿大床房來替代（詳細店家宣傳頁，非主觀臆測）臆測。
