Yunfu Xinxing Xi'an Deluxe Hotel

This is my first time staying in a hotel in Xi'an. This time is really unforgettable. After checking in, the room was on the 8th floor. When I entered, I found a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor. It should be caused by the running water of the toilet. Then I called the front desk and asked to change rooms, and they were changed. Moreover, this room was facing a hospital, which made me feel really uncomfortable. I asked the front desk to change the odd number for me, and the front desk changed me to a room with an odd number on the 9th floor. At that time, I felt that the service was satisfactory. The problem arose after I moved into the 9th floor. The air conditioner was not working. At first I didn't feel bad when I opened the window. I thought I wouldn't be able to use the air conditioner. But when I went to bed at night and closed the curtains, I felt very hot and stuffy, so I called Give it to the waiter at the front desk. After the waiter came to see it, he said he would change your room. Oh my God, I had to change rooms three times in total, and the third one was normal. There is also breakfast. You don’t want to eat it. There are so few varieties and it feels very stale. Maybe it’s because there aren’t many guests staying. To be honest, staying in this hotel in Xinxing County for 350 yuan is really bad. The performance is so poor! ! ! ! ! I will never stay at a hotel in Xi'an again!

説是品牌高端款，入住竟然一堆問題 1）客房走廊一股下水道異味； 2）冰箱的櫃子裏空的，有冰箱櫃説明是後面減配把冰箱減了，這樣檔次的客房沒有冰箱，買了一些粵西小吃不知道會否變質； 3）梳粧鏡燈故障，迷你吧電源插座上面那個無法使用； 4）淋浴間防滑墊發黴發黑 5）淋浴間門設計與地巾位置有沖突，地巾需要遠離淋浴間門才能平放 5）洗漱間地磚與卧室區域地板處空鼓，不知道是不是偷工減料導致防水功能確實（待工程專業檢查），據説時長房間黴菌含量會異常高； 2、另外幾個小問題 1）梳粧台的小盒子，高州希岸有女生小贈品，不知道為什麼高端品牌Deluxe竟然沒有？ 2）房間的“小希”同學，態度竟然與入住時候前台口氣（語氣）一樣，建議貴店店總去高州希岸感受一下。

房間乾淨整潔 房間也沒有異味 設施完善 基本需要的都齊全了 雙床房很適合帶孩子的家庭 挺寬敞的 服務也很到位 需要的東西馬上就送上來了 外賣也很方便 有機器人送到門口👍🏻

下次還會選擇這裏。酒店位置便利，設施齊全，工作人員熱情，性價比超高！房間乾淨舒適，床品柔軟，睡得很香，給滿分！

新年雖有點小貴但一家三口（成年）訂這種房住得舒服，隔音超級棒夠寧靜，一覺睡到天亮，剛好下雨天叫外賣機械人送餐安全，客廳開餐很方便，而且這真驚喜節日衞生也乾乾淨淨，有五星級的水平！前台和餐廳的服務員禮貌又熱情！
