首次入住天露山無憂谷酒店，天露山空氣清新，一個修身養性的仙境。 我們入住的泡池雙床房陽台正對雲端玻璃橋，景觀很美。房間設施有點舊，但房間衞生還挺乾淨的，床上用品整潔，床墊舒服不會太軟，房間枕頭有兩款，其中乳膠枕頭舒服。前台美女客服和客房服務員歐明芳、張燕蘭服務態度很好。車到大門口還有服務員幫忙用行李車把我們行李推送到房間，值得點贊。餐廳挺大的，自助早餐簡單能吃飽。給酒店五星好評！旁邊梅溪古鎮也有餐廳，吃飯比較方便。以後度假首選這家酒店。

強烈推薦！這次入住感受服務水平提升不止一個檔次，從硬件設施和工作人員敬業精神（幫我辦理入住及過程服務的前台揚揚小姐）服務質量都感受完美。這次重點贊這個餐廳，兩個人超級美味一個晚餐，值得回味。蒸雞的花生油香氣，原材料品質，價錢定位，值得點贊！

總體感覺配不上這個價位，除了打着天露山的招牌，從硬件到服務，真的一無是處。第一房間好多蚊子，還是5樓，關門陽台的門都不敢開過，都可以看到蚊子飛來飛去，衹有那種插着的驅蚊水，日常沒有做好驅蚊工作。第二值得吐槽床鋪有黑色異物，睡前掀開被子，燈管暗，差點看不清楚，嚇死。第三衞生間水龍頭，一開水，水是斜線噴的，精準濺到我們一身水，孩子更是遭殃！這個價位還是普通馬桶，很普通那種。第四陽台的泡池漏水，關了閥門。還是繼續放水。第五前面都忽略不計，覺得住一晚，懶得計較。早上給電話前台送兩瓶礦泉水過來，房間衹有兩瓶。結果前台女工作人員直接回絕需要自費。我衹是説一句説住酒店還第一次聽説加兩瓶礦泉水還要自費的。她直接摔出一句你給我好好説話。我一臉懵逼狀態在回憶，我陳述句又沒帶粗又沒罵人，她倒好，叫你好好説話，然後説我給你送兩瓶過去可以了吧。當施捨還是？最後我拒絕了，自己帶着孩子去我梅溪小鎮買水喝，衹是沒有熱水。這種説話方式，真的有點難以恭維羅？最後覺得吃個早餐，也需要在酒店門口等車半個小時，吃早餐地方是禪龍餐廳？小心凳子，別一屁股坐下去，你會崩潰的。買了票去環島小火車，也是沒人安排的，一堆人守在路邊，足足等了45分鐘。還是第一次這麼認真詳細去寫對酒店評價，主要覺得不反應會有更多人遭殃，二還是提醒酒店以及天露山旅遊區做好服務。

相當nice的一家酒店。位於半山腰，從陽台望出去，正對玻璃踐橋和後面青綠的山景。安靜舒適，陽台有私人大浴池，爬完山，一泡，解乏。

每年拜六祖必到天露山泡温泉，温泉池很有特色藏在半山中，吃住玩一條龍服務，晚上有溝火晚會，確實是一家人渡假的好地方，不過酒店設施已顯老舊，房間有設施壞了也沒有及時維修，今年最不好的體驗就是沖涼熱水太冷，通知前台也得不到改善，這是最不好的體驗，希望儘快改善

臨時訂的，也算是我近年來住過比較差的酒店。中式的房間有點像**的感覺。整個天露山一個字：坑。無論你做什麼，幹什麼，都要花錢。一人60門票，進去什麼都沒有，服務素質很低，不會再去。

服務是好的，接觸到的每一位員工都是熱情的（電瓶車司機除外）. 不過房間是要維護一下啦，兩間房一間沖涼房的地漏去水甚慢導致水漫金山！ 另外一間馬桶沖水無力！ 餐廳早晚餐出品都可以，不過早餐68一位略顯貴囉。
