華而不實最典型的代表，酒店最多的標語就是 “小心台階” 你一個酒店搞這麼多台階到底圖什麼？！ 沒進房間就**把腳扭了！ 服務也是山卡拉風格， 員工衹想的是不會被酒店處罰而不是顧客滿意！ 帶孩子在户外泳池游泳 反覆説衹是在旁邊保護孩子 不會游泳，小孩戴了泳帽，還是因為大人沒帶泳帽不讓下水！ 跟他講道理，救生員來個不要讓他難做….幸虧衹定了一晚！

十年的温泉酒店，乾淨衞生，房間的各個角落真的是一塵不染，能堅持做到實屬難能可貴。温泉池也是舒適乾淨，茶水、毛巾供應充足。餐廳、休閑吧的食材地度新鮮。服務方面無論是櫃枱還是温泉還是餐廳都給人賓至如歸的體驗，參加了色空鼓班有趣生動。在這裡能拋下一切好好享受假期，是一間未離開便想再來的管理水平極高的温泉酒店。

安排的房間非常好！視野開闊，房間乾淨整潔、設施齊全，還給我們送了入住禮物。前台、餐廳、温泉的工作人員們都十分熱情。唯一的小問題，從泡温泉的地方走回更衣室，空調開太冷了，可能容易着涼。

第二次過來度假，這次帶上長者家過來，環境優美安靜，看到了紅木館的寶貝確實驚艷，還有酒店的餐飲也是同類的塔尖水平，早餐很多五星級酒店雖然選擇多，但説實話大部份都是預製產品，你們的早餐基本都是現做，有煙火氣，長者家特別喜歡，還有晚飯也是，出品也是很好。唯一一點意見希望下次過來可以提早諮詢是否需要温泉，能提早開上享用就好，這次看見温泉池沒水也找不到開關就錯過了。
