房間很大很寬敞，床鋪乾淨，住着很舒服。酒店有停車場院子，車位多，停車方便，還有充電樁。酒店還提供餐飲服務，味道不錯。距離南灣湖景區5公里左右，距離適中。

在居民區比較熱鬧，買水果蔬菜方便。酒店後面有停車場，但與洗浴、餐館公用，有點亂。房間設施比較舊，特別是地毯比較臟。早餐還不錯！

設施：浴巾壞了也不知道換，天花板上都掉皮了，一個桌子也沒有，帶回來的吃的擱電視櫃上趴着吃，熱水小的一批，熱水管鐵皮還開了

房間還比較大，物美價廉。但是房子是過去改造的，房子之間不鎘音，造成晚上睡覺不好。服務態度還可以，餐飲也不錯，位置很好，去周邊遊覽方便，如果把房間改造一下還可以。

吃飯停車十分的方便，周邊環境好，離溮河公園也不遠，晚上可以到河邊散步。後院停車場很大，免費洗車，餐廳菜品不錯，方便實惠。住宿就餐服務也都很滿意。

真的挺不錯的，因為我朋友來這邊有事，剛好信陽師範大學有事，比之前也貴一些，但服務沒話説啦，有小零食在大廳，房間裏水，護膚品一應俱全，因為我先退了房，結果我朋友買了飯回來，我們還在大廳裏吃了個飯，前台還送了我們兩瓶飲料，真的謝謝啦。
