住的房間很滿意，很大，有空間，不感覺擁擠，吹風機很好用，是飛科牌子的洗漱用品，堪比家用，用起來不錯。房間衞生也還可以，衞生間是乾濕分離的，房間裏還有一股淡淡的香味。前台服務圓非常好，非常熱情。

來信陽出差選的酒店住得很滿意，當地特產是信陽毛尖，早餐是信陽特色熱乾麪。九宮格的酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨，視野不錯，位置很好，離天潤廣場很近，前台服務圓熱情度高，掉了什麼東西也會及時聯繫告知。

住了兩天真的很喜歡 超級推薦 ，這個小姐姐特別好，幫我們送水送咖啡還幫我們洗衣服烘乾衣服，免費給我們定早午餐，服務態度超級好，雖然我們一直麻煩這個小姐姐，但是她態度都超級好，一直不嫌麻煩。其實我們也挺不好意思的 老是麻煩她，但是她態度真的超級好，真的是一個超級好的酒店，也很乾凈，希望這個老闆給這個小姐姐漲工資，以後我們都會一直來這家酒店的。
