酒店位置距離高速口和高鐵站都不遠，位置比較安靜，停車很方便。
前台服務很棒很專業，當天到的比較晚又希望有一個安靜的房間，前台姑娘耐心解釋安排的房間並説“您有任何問題都可以隨時撥打前台電話”，這個“任何”讓人心生感動
房間的設備設施也讓人覺得驚喜，直觀的感受是仟那品牌打磨的成熟又細膩，有很多加分項，例如細膩的盤香深得我心
早餐中規中矩吧但服務很好，甚至明檔的各色湯食酒店人員都是一碗一碗親自端的，熱乾麪做的也很好吃
由於在信陽仟那住的感受很棒，所以我們南下到武漢後看到也有仟那系列，毫不猶豫的繼續選擇了
一個小建議，希望酒店裡可以在衞生間安裝簡易的晾衣架方便洗衣服控水，現有的掛衣區晾曬濕衣服會對地面的木地板產生影響

這家酒店真的很不錯！房間乾淨整潔，一進屋就能感受到清爽的氛圍。洗衣烘乾設備很齊全，操作方便，解決了旅行中的換洗問題。還有茶座可以休息，環境舒適，喝杯茶很愜意。整體體驗很舒適，性價比很高，下次還會再來！

非常棒的酒店，設施很新，乾淨衞生，新中式的裝修簡約大氣，房間內電器都是智能的，前台服務很好，禮貌熱情。酒店位置很好，離信陽東站打車4分鐘距離，非常方便。
