Nestled within the forest park are 18 charming wooden cabins, creating a wonderfully relaxing vacation atmosphere. Upon our midnight arrival, the housekeeper warmly greeted us and helped upgrade our room. The welcome fruit was plentiful and delicious, and the breakfast was well-balanced, with the millet porridge being particularly tasty. The kids absolutely loved the rocking chair and activity table outside the cabin, and the fridge was stocked with a great variety of complimentary beverages. The biggest surprise was their help in securing tickets for a popular self-driving tour. When it rained on our departure, they thoughtfully provided raincoats, truly warm service throughout our stay. Plus, they offer free ethnic costumes that you can wear right until check-out. This was by far the most satisfying accommodation on our Xinjiang trip.

🌲✨ A dream in the forest I never wanted to wake from! A perfect experience at Trip.com Holiday Farm. From the moment we stepped into the farm, we embarked on a pampering and healing journey! We originally booked a basic room, but the front desk lady smiled mysteriously and said, "We have a little surprise for you today~ Your booked [Tatami Cabin] has been upgraded for free to a [Forest Discovery Cabin], which is about 1.5 times the size of your original room, with a larger terrace and a direct view of the pristine forest, offering an even better landscape." When we opened the door to the forest cabin, the kids gasped in awe – outside the huge floor-to-ceiling windows was a lush green forest, a double swing swayed gently on the private terrace, and a wooden dining table sparkled in the sunlight. Wasn't this a fairy tale scene straight out of a dream? 🌿 Spoiled VIP Experience: The free upgrade to the forest cabin was incredibly worth it! Lying in bed at night, counting stars through the skylight, and being gently woken by birdsong in the morning. The 3 complimentary horseback riding tickets made the kids overjoyed, and the riding instructor was super nice. The 24-hour shuttle service was available on demand, and the ladies always smiled while helping us with our luggage. 💝 Heartwarming Details That Made Me Want to Cry: ✔️ The Evian mineral water restocked daily was enough to open a small shop (lol). ✔️ The afternoon tea coffee was so fragrant, it was intoxicating. ✔️ The most delightful surprise was when Butler Xiao Sa gave me a Narat music CD as a farewell gift. So happy! Finally, a special thank you to Butler Xiao Sa, who thoughtfully provided me with a travel guide. It was truly so touching it made me want to cry!

I want to commend the staff at Trip.com Farm for their excellent attitude and efficiency. After a day of self-driving at Narat, we checked in around 11 PM. Several young staff members waited up for us until midnight, helping us with our luggage and adding an extra bed. They were incredibly enthusiastic and dedicated, and I really appreciate their service. For breakfast, we arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes early, and the staff immediately started preparing our meal without any hesitation. The service was truly exceptional. The two-story suite we stayed in was very quiet. The view from the second-floor balcony, overlooking the cabins, forest, and grasslands of the farm, was beautiful. Staying here fit perfectly with my travel plans, and more importantly, I didn't have to worry about not getting a self-driving pass for Narat. It's well-known that self-driving passes for Narat are hard to come by, and good accommodations inside Narat also need to be booked well in advance. A month before my trip, when I was planning, most of the well-reviewed places near Narat's West Gate were fully booked. I was starting to get anxious because to secure a self-driving pass, you often have to book accommodation within the scenic area itself. Then I discovered that the Trip.com Forest Park branch at the East Gate still had a suite available for 4 adults and 1 child, which perfectly matched our anti-clockwise itinerary around Yili. We could drive from Kuerdening to Narat, enter through the West Gate, and smoothly explore the Sky Grassland, Panlong Ancient Road, and River Valley Grassland, finally checking into the Forest Park at the East Gate. The next morning, we could directly head to the Duku Highway, which was incredibly convenient.

Staying here truly felt like being in a forest; it was incredibly relaxing for both mind and body. The room conditions were excellent, with complete internal facilities, comfortable bedding, and impeccable cleanliness. The service was warm, thoughtful, and attentive. We also received abundant complimentary fruits and dried nuts, and the breakfast was exceptionally delicious. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family for their next stay.

A friend recommended this place, and I absolutely loved it. The air quality is excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a tranquil retreat during peak tourist season. The staff, especially Xiao Yang, was incredibly warm and attentive. They offer unlimited refills of Tianrun's handmade yogurt, sodas, and Coke. The breakfast spread is generous, and they even provide high-quality ethnic costumes for free to wear and take photos. Aside from the complimentary welcome fruit not being the freshest, everything else exceeded our expectations! Plus, you get to enjoy the grassland sunset in solitude after the crowds have dispersed.

Nestled inside the Nalat Grassland Forest Park, the hotel boasts an incredibly beautiful environment. We stayed in a forest cabin, and the cabins are spaced far enough apart to ensure peace and quiet. Sitting outside our cabin, enjoying some snacks and chatting, was incredibly pleasant. Every staff member was lovely. The young women proactively helped with our luggage, and Ah Hao, the Kazakh guy at the front desk, was handsome and very enthusiastic. He went out of his way to help us find the go-kart staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
