The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were particularly great! The hygiene was also impeccable. They provided snacks, and the breakfast was superb. Overall, everything was fantastic! Really wonderful.

The room is large, clean and sanitary. The service is very good. The breakfast is also great. There is a parking lot for easy parking.

Convenient parking, very cost-effective, I feel it is the best hotel in Xinyuan, the room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, the front desk lady also upgraded me for free, there are free snacks in the lobby, which is very considerate, rich breakfast, the staff are enthusiastic and take the initiative to greet, the facilities are complete and new, I will choose to stay next time.

From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic. The beautiful front desk ladies and a young man (not pictured) were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and their professionalism was impeccable! The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and the responses to any inquiries were incredibly quick. The hotel itself was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the value for money was fantastic. You can see Swan Lake from the window. Your service made this trip so much more enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this place next time I visit Xinyuan!

First and foremost, this was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Xinjiang! Barely any other! Environment: Right on the edge of Swan Lake, you can see the fountain light show at night. It's in its own building, clean and bright, with its own parking spot—absolutely amazing! Service: Absolutely amazing! The laundry room had a dedicated person to help with washing, drying, and bagging. For breakfast, a lady cooked delicious noodles. I asked for a small bowl, and she lovingly said, "A small bowl of noodles." The lobby also had makeup remover wipes, sanitary napkins, honey, and other items available for self-service—a truly thoughtful and pleasant surprise! Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless, spotless, and excellent. Facilities: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge TV. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toilet was a smart toilet. Overall, it was excellent! A super five-star rating! I highly recommend staying here! I'd definitely stay here again!
