Urba Hotel (Nalati Scenic Area)

The hotel has an elegant and comfortable environment. The front desk staff has a very good service attitude, which makes me very satisfied. The breakfast is also very good and rich. It is very close to the Nalati Grassland and has a five-star rating.

Ambience: The decor is attractive, the room is well-lit, and the curtains provide effective blackout protection. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is excellent, and the toilets are disinfected upon check-in, making for peace of mind. Service: The front desk lady provided instructions by phone, check-in was efficient, and a souvenir was provided upon check-out. Facilities: The laundry room is available, and the self-service laundry service is very convenient, making it a great choice for a business trip with multiple days' stay.

服務人員特別熱情，門口有一個小的台階，幫我們把很重的箱子拿到電梯旁邊了，就是停車的位置比較少，衹能排排坐，第二天可能比較難出來，路邊也有停車位，我們停在路邊就還好。

在小鎮落腳，衞生，設施都沒什麼問題，但是感覺應該叫民宿，不叫酒店，硬件都挺好，但是管理未夠專業，有停車位，有洗衣房，整體小而精緻吧，早餐是到另外一棟樓吃的，也不錯

設施： 洗衣房和烘乾機的存在對我們長途自駕來説真的太重要了，乾淨衞生還免費，簡直不要太貼心。健身房晚上還能用，跑步機挺新。 服務： 前台辦理入住非常迅速，還幫我們升級了房型。入住當天還送了歡迎水果和伴手禮，真的很有儀式感！
