HOTEL INDIGO NALATI

The courtyard room offers direct outdoor access, but be sure to bring sunglasses during the day 🕶️. The hotel breakfast is quite good; long live the apple juice! It's right next to the Nalati Scenic Area, though the winter views pretty much look the same from any angle.

The Indigo Narati was the last stop on our Spring Festival trip, so we could go skiing at Hainu Sai. The hotel's design maintained the consistent Indigo standard, which I really appreciated. The views from the hotel were superb, especially after a night of heavy snow. What truly deserves the most praise was the excellent service from the restaurant staff. From the moment we were greeted at the entrance for registration, to being seated, and interacting with staff at various food stations, everyone was incredibly thoughtful. They made us feel the full warmth and enthusiasm of the Chinese New Year. In the morning, since I was dining alone, a staff member even specifically came over to ask if I wanted to pack breakfast for another guest. In contrast, the front desk service felt a bit perfunctory and cold. There wasn't even a New Year's greeting upon check-in during the New Year period. The young man at the swimming pool was also very enthusiastic and sincere. We were the only family with a child wanting to swim, and we needed to buy a swimsuit last minute. He brought out all the available swimsuits for us to choose from.

This is definitely the best hotel to stay at in Narat. It's super close to the scenic area, only about a 5-10 minute drive. When we checked in, a staff member dressed in traditional attire helped us with our luggage. This time I stayed on the first floor, and my friend was on the second. I definitely preferred the first-floor room because it had a small yard with a horse ranch and snow-capped mountains right outside – perfect for photos! The room itself was spacious, and the TV allowed screen mirroring. The hairdryer was a Laifen, and overall, the facilities were quite good. I have to rave about the breakfast; it was incredibly rich and varied! We practically had brunch every day just from the hotel breakfast, which kept us full for most of the day. I highly recommend the roasted beef and the special Xinjiang pastries from the breakfast spread.

Great winter prices, very quiet. The balcony offers direct views of the snow-capped mountains, and they even deliver free breakfast to your room.
