Rezen Hotel

The hotel in Narat is very new. As soon as we arrived, the security guards came to help with our luggage, and the front desk even upgraded our room for free. Overall, the stay was very good, and the breakfast was also excellent.

The lobby is spacious and bright. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It's very convenient for getting around; there's a street right behind the hotel with restaurants, supermarkets, and yogurt shops. The breakfast is also good and clean.

I personally think this is a great hotel in Nalati. We booked a loft. The family room was very nice and comfortable for four people. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended.

The hotel is new and located in the small town of Nalati. It's not a big town, and the scenic area is not far by car. The room was clean and tidy, with basic amenities, and they even provided fruit. Parking was convenient.

Good things first: Luggage pickup and drop-off assistance was provided upon arrival and departure, a free room upgrade was offered, and there are two laundry facilities. Dissatisfactions: The electric curtains in one of the two rooms I booked didn't work, and I couldn't open them manually. It was freezing cold at night, and the air conditioning only worked on low settings. A little after 1:00 AM, the entire building lost power for over an hour. Only the emergency lights were on, and there was no hot water for showering, so I had to wait. When I checked out the next day, there was no apology or explanation. 🙂 ↔️ Just a "check out?" question. I understand that emergencies are unforeseen, but there was no explanation or apology provided to the guests during or after the power outage.

The hotel is located in Nalati Town, just a ten-minute walk from the main entrance after exploring Nalati. There's a lively street right outside the hotel with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, and many locals dining out. Our room was great, with two 1.8-meter double beds and a tent, which the kids loved. All rooms like this are on the first floor, and although it's newly opened, there was no unpleasant smell. The biggest surprise was the breakfast – the best we had in Xinjiang. It wasn't the hotel with the most choices, but the quality was the best. There were several options for vegetables and bread, and noodles and wontons were available. The wontons were much better than the ones we stayed at in Tekes; we each had a bowl. The juice was freshly squeezed, and there was a coffee machine for freshly ground coffee, satisfying all our family's breakfast needs. Thumbs up! P.S. The check-in staff were very kind.
