Xinyuan Days by Wyndham Hotel

Overall, it was just okay. The only thing I liked was the mattress—it's the firm mattress I prefer! Cleanliness was so-so; there was something resembling chewing gum by the bed, and scraps of paper in the foot bath. The facilities were alright; the overall style was that of an old three-star hotel. Perhaps because it was on a good floor, the water pressure was very low. The bathroom smelled like sewage. I originally thought that as a four-star hotel, and a well-established three-star hotel, there wouldn't be any product discrepancies, but the complimentary fruit was very different from the picture. I hope they maintain consistency! I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The service was good, and the overall efficiency was quite high! One complaint: since they used a robot, why make the front desk call me? Their robot arrived at the door, and the front desk called to inform me—a bit outdated! Finally, one more complaint: since checkout was at 4 PM, why call me at 1 PM to ask if I wanted to extend my stay? That was too early.

The most fortunate thing about this trip was choosing the right hotel! From the warm smiles at the front desk to the thoughtful welcome fruit in the room, everything warmed my heart. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud. I had a wonderful sleep. The breakfast was extensive, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and you could also try local specialties. The surrounding area is convenient, with attractions, shopping, and restaurants all nearby. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!
