Two years later, I'm back at Jinling Villa. Compared to the summer scenery, winter Nalat has a unique charm, and there are very few tourists in the scenic area, making the hotel excellent value for money. The room was spacious, bright, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner offered a good variety of choices. They also gave us some local specialties, which was a nice touch.

This is my second time visiting Nalati Grassland and staying in this hotel. I personally think this is the best hotel in the entire Yili region, and it is also the only hotel in the Nalati Scenic Area. The facilities are first-class, the scenery is excellent, the breakfast is also good, and you can even order food to the room at 10:30. The staff is also very enthusiastic. I would like to especially praise the staff @Buick, who is very enthusiastic and the service is also thoughtful👍

Room hygiene: I smelled something as soon as I entered the door. The concierge said that it would be fine if I opened the window for ventilation. I guess it is a common phenomenon. When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it. Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat. Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around. Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early. Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. After taking a bath in the hot spring, I couldn't find the service staff to open the cabinet door to get clothes.

The location is excellent, inside the Nalati scenic area. You can see the beautiful grassland through the room window. The staff service is also great, and the breakfast is delicious. I will choose Jinling Villa when I go to Nalati in the future
