The first time I reviewed it, I was really pissed off.
1. The room facilities are old. Problems in the two rooms we stayed in include: the sink faucet is loose, the cabinet baffle is half off, two of the four charging plugs cannot charge, and the water pressure in the shower is very low.
2. The front desk staff have a bad attitude, especially the two front desk ladies from ethnic minorities. One of them was when I went to the front desk to report a room problem at night, I said in mocking language: "Then I'll upgrade to a room with you." (I made it very clear that I didn't want to change rooms because I had too much luggage. , I was also very tired and didn’t want to move. But this staff member had a lot of meaning: Don’t you just want to upgrade the room to deliberately cause trouble?) The other one was when I checked out in the morning. This time, I stayed in Kuldening and Nala. When mentioning the unpleasant check-in experience at Bairui, his attitude was contemptuous, and his eyes expressed the meaning: If you like it, stay there, and if you don't want to, don't stay there (so Bairui probably doesn't need customers' opinions).
3. During breakfast, I ate rust strands in the stir-fried cabbage... (However, the attitude of the waiter in the restaurant was much better than the two at the front desk, so I can’t blame him, it’s the chef)
All in all, there are countless hotels better than Bai Rui Lin Yin in Nalati. The reason why I chose this hotel is because I had a pleasant stay at Bai Rui in Kuldening last year. But now it seems that there will never be a third stay.
If you don't mind the old facilities and poor service attitude, you are welcome to stay. (For one thing, this place is quite close to the scenic spot)
